Darling's Little Dog Retreat Policy
Darling's Little Dog Retreat has a few requirements for your dog to spend time with us. We are friendly in the home setting therefore all dogs must be people and dog friendly. We are a mostly kennel-free boarding and kennel-free daycare. For the safety of all dogs, all dogs will be kenneled at nighttime. Safety is our top priority and fun-filled days.

Requirements:
First time customers are required to do a meet and greet so we can get to know you and your dog in person before boarding. We will be more than glad to show you around our facility. When boarding with us you must bring your dog's food. All dogs eat different foods and some have allergies therefore we require you to supply enough dog food for their stay with us plus one or two extra incase of delay. There will be a fee of $2 per day for dogs up to 25lbs and $5 per day for all dogs over 25lbs for us to supply your dogs food while boarding with us. If your dog requires can food also it will be an extra $1 per day. Dogs on special food requirments please consult with us. Dogs that we are required to provide food for will be fed Fromm Black and Gold.

Dropoff and Pickup times
For Boarding, you can choose a 9-11 am or 3-6 pm drop off and pickup time Monday-Friday, Saturday-Sunday times are 9-11 am and 4-6 pm. Sorry, we do not have afternoon drop-off and pick-up available. For all dogs picked up after 11 am on the last day there will be a $35 extra daycare charge added to the boarding cost NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $20 per dog fee to drop-off and pick-up out of normal hours listed. Any dogs not picked up by 7 pm will board another night and can be picked up the next morning. Daycare dogs can be dropped off or picked up anytime between 8 am and 4 pm. Please get in touch with us 15 minutes in advance to drop off or pick up to let us know you are on your way.

Policy:
We require a 24-hour cancelation notice for all appointments. There is a $45 deposit when booking for all new borders. When you pick your dog up, this deposit will be applied to your boarding or daycare fee. NO-SHOWS if you don't show up for your appointments and do not cancel your deposit will be forfeited. For all NO-Shows you will be required to pay in full when booking thereafter.

Credit Card Payments:
We accept Cash/Visa/Mastercard/Discover. There is a 3.5 percent fee added to all credit/debit card payments. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Vaccinations:
We require all dogs have proof of current Rabies/Distemper/Parvo/Canine Influenza H3N8 and Bordetella(Kennel Cough). Dogs can not board with us without current records. We are a flea/Tick free environment so please be sure your pet is current on all flea medications.
Age:
We do not board dogs under 16 weeks of age or those too young for a rabies vaccination.
